e-ore, You're Right! That is probably the weak link in this.

They are a pink sheet company so they don't file. You would have to rely on the ethics of the CEO to keep his word. In my opinion, that is not a good bet at all.

The PR did mention changing the Corporate Charter at the state level to permit the round-up feature, or whatever. So maybe that might be a reasonable substitute.

But, for only $10... ?

Let's just call it a "cheap thrill" and leave it at that.
