I never heard the word reverse. The a/s could easily be bumped up to 100M and still look VERY attractive years down the road, while providing 20M for the acquisition(s).

Remember, after financials and 2nd stage funding, the CTGI pps will have gained considerable value where 20M shares in exchange, can buy some nice tech.
