Mobile Phone Users From Google" There is an old story
dated July 14 from Steve Ballmer .Microsoft pays app developers
both big and small to help it develope Mobile7 to catch up
with apple and google..in some cases they will pay UP FRONT
and will reimburse IF the apps don't go well..Offering both
cash incentives..development costs...or revenue guarantees
in order to have apps ready on time or near the release of
the new phone and OS that has been rebuilt from scratch...
