TR,

No, not dust issues, emmission issues this time. It seems this guy from the Minn EPA is grabbing at anything. Stuart says that they are sending paperwork that shows EPA inspections showing no emmissions just clean steam. If that does not work Brian and Stuart will be going to Minneasota to straighten thing out.

Stuart is in communication with kieth and will be talking yet again today.

Lots of quoting going on, I think things are going to be slow steady growth from here.
