yes that's the due date - around august 15 (or 45 days after the end of the quarter). you're talking about an estimated time frame, not a due date.

i'm looking forward to many q2 financial statements from different companies, and most of them will be released on or around august 15th. nothing new about any of this.

they're done when they're done, and it will be pre-announced when financials will come out along with the first of the financial conference calls.
