The SEC filings clearly show that ZVTK was required to issue billions of shares at .0001 and are still obligated to issue billions more in excess of current Authorized Shares of 5 billion.
That is the business plan. The 10-K will break down all the details.

Here is something else to ponder: how long can ZVTK continue to exist without paying their payroll taxes or sales tax on items sold 5 years ago and not filing with the IRS for that same period of time?
