Golfer, you are absolutely correct in everything you say about this stock and I applaud you for writing it. There is nothing here but substantial losses. The PR department of AIPN is worthless, the refinery sits idle, there may or may not be oil in the ground in Kaz (they've had years to work on it and have so far done nothing). Management gets paid well and the stock gets nothing but diluted. I love the bonuses for "work well done" when there is no work being done, anywhere. Begesh--you are so far off track with reality that it is sad. This stock and the company in control of it, are horrid.
