I'm not so sure about that. Many companies have earnings but they don't have to report them unless they plan on getting off the penny stock listings. Apparently, filing with the SEC takes time and money. As long as Wellstone stays on the OTC they don't have to report squat. Hand might prefer that for a while and elect to stay on the OTC.
I see Wellstone getting off the OTC, but not as soon as you think. I hope you're right and I'm wrong, but I think that the end of 06 will be a more realistic timeframe. You have to consider that they will be paying off debts and such this year. It will take about a year for them to figure out what to expect as far as sales goes.
