No, it is not "pink like", in the delay. It is "typical retail build-out" delay. Not the first time I have seen it, and certainly not the last. When doing a project like this you have county officials involved issuing permits and licensing. MGM corporate suits making sure the retail business model meets expectations while working with the GC meeting their requirements and visa versa. Representatives of the Kardashians (or the family themselves) going inbetween TLK, MGM, Bravada, The GC.

There is alot going on here people. Frankly, from day one on the PR announcement I personally thought Aug 21st seemed like an unreasonable date to achieve, and surely it was.

This is not a direct result of something BVI did. This is universal causality at work...dude.
