I am refering to the 8k as the legal filing as that is more important to me then notes as this is filed with the Government.
I rely on that and the tenq mopre the transfer agents and other sources. 4 10q and a 10k is much easier to predict the futre from the past them other sources.

The past predicts that this company only adds shares when they have something big coming.
I am predicting that it is as big as the other line they added with the drivers a couple years back.
Mark this as I see that from the history in the filling to what they did last time.

people tend to focus too much on shares count and miss out on the real research of where the future is.
ares is very bright when you read the past on this company and there responsible treatment of shares over the couple years here.
