Harry, your a little off man. CTC makes the core, and General Cable makes the conductor around the core. They wrap their core around ACSR or ACCC, we hope ACCC for our sake. ACCC should offer them better margins. So, they should push our core for margins and benefits to the customer. Does that straighten it out for you?

It's a great plus for CTC. It puts them in bed with a lot of key people. CTC can sell the core themselves, but General Cable can also sell it and give us a cut.
