The last deal was pretty much a merger between themselves. The "companies" shared management members. After all of the big and long winded talk about basically merging with themselves to create some supposedly very profitable company, they mysteriously called it off AFTER diluting the Hell out of it. So no, I don't think they learned a "lesson", but I do think they learned what works for THEM. That is why it appears to me that they are doing something similar once again. It's becoming an annual summertime ATM for them in my opinion. GL.
