I mostly agree with that assessment,and would qualify it only via the insertion of the word "hope" rather than "think" they will continue with Phase II.

Proceeding with Phase II drilling is the singular most important item to ERHE's future course at this time. Absolutely nothing else matters, except perhaps - but clearly of secondary influence - completion of negotiations and PSC signature on the EEZ Blocks.

Hopefully both a positive P/II announcement and news about signed PSCs with STP will both be declared in September.

Like Umberto Eco has said...August is not a month which brings news. Besides, we have been told that the P/II decision will be taken upon study completion in September

.......and I seriously hope Louis do Prazeres stays on as chief STP/EEZ negotiator under the new government (of Patrice T..?)to finish what he has led so far. Otherwise we will run into further delays. [perhaps my twin can chime in here with his assessment?]

PS - FYI, I take my sustenance from more sources than just AOG, as you mentioned in one of your sillier posts. And they are equally reliable.
