I talked with E-trade for quite some time yesterday when I placed an order, He checked as many places as he could to see why we couldnt place the orders directly on line. but anyhow, he found no reason and no flags, his thoughts were that the activity on the way it was trading can cause this type of halt for them. Said there were no signs of an SEC restriction.
