By foreign I only meant that I.I.'s would invest in LUKOY because of the nature of the business and the pps. As far as I know LUKOY is on the PINKS because it does not report and does not use US GAAP accounting rules for income and balance sheet reports. LFC in fact does, therefore it's on the NYSE. I.I.'s would not invest in Q unless the pps is respectable and the business model proven (i.e. carriers, subs etc.) Was not insinuating anything about LUKOY being foreign in nature only.
For that matter I don't remember what I was saying. GLTY and to us.
