Low volume... I imagine anyone with big investment intentions are waiting for next weeks news concerning contracts and then financing..

if you are in right now... it will either be a boom or a bust.. pretty risky and intense.

The thing is.. if PBEC doesn't get a contract right now they can back out of the 100 acre land and get back every bit of the money they put down
