The deal isn't dead but neither is it signed as of yesterday. There are conflicting rumors about whether it's with the government. Four weeks ago yesterday I was told they picked a partner and four weeks ago today I was told we had a binding letter of intent. Last week the Q&A confirmed all that. The who, what(terms) and when have yet to be answered. Don't listen to the malcontents. Jack doesn't know anything other than nothing so if you're listening to him or anyone like him you are wasting your time.
