You like post R/S plays. This stock has not traded 10 million shares in the last six months pre or post R/S. If you have L2 you will see that institutions are buying up all diluted shares. In the last fifteen minutes almost seven million sold at .0003 then over 90% were soaked up on the ask. Here is where the churning begins. I see days or weeks of this to start north. This has a large Gap to fill at .018 downward. It will fill in time. GLTU
