great minds think alike. I would also like to be a rep for this company and or buy a franchise (if affordable) and go after my regions hotel industry etc. I have an idea the demand would be 24/7. I might be carefull what I wish for, it just might happen!lol :) With my back ground I certainly understand that good customer service is vital. Lets keep each other posted.
