Management is disclosing only what is required by the SEC,
so we sit in deep freeze. The bid is now 4 cents, when do we
get to a penny.

JW's public comments could get him some serious SEC attention if the books were cooked and or reserves were altered.

Many CEO's doing the perp walk lately. However, he may attempt to escape to Canada where they are less restrictive.

JW told me months ago they considered delisting shares on the OTCBB to eliminate naked shorting.

Instead management elects to do nothing and let the price tank?
There is obviously a plan it's just not obvious to US!
