lousy, but better than expected.
It might cause a DOUBLE dip . . .
but we were expecting a TRIPLE dip.
Just ridiculous . . .

EDIT: here's another example:
"AOL posts loss on $1.4 billion impairment charge"
BUT, they were expecting a $2.0-billion charge ...
so AOL should Gap higher today.
