The value of HLNT will go up if there is a contract with Dongfeng but it depend on how much is in the contract.

If HLNT revenue is $10Million a year, then their PPS base on the current O/S would be around $0.005. Would need $20M++ for a chance at pennyland or a very nice pump/dump play.

HLNT seems like a long term and the pump/dump play might be over already. (Feb/March)

Toyota,Ford, Honda etc already announced their Hydrogen model will be coming out 2015. That mean they already got the model ready to go. Just doing standard testing and waiting for the market to settle down on electric/hybrid car before they introduce hydrogen.

Dongfeng is still in prototype mode and it could take a long time. They are still testing and then have to go through approval. China is getting strict on safety/E-friendly which might take longer now. HLNT won't see any money for at least 1-2yrs.

Best bet for real revenue for now would be truck/farm/cab industries. Dongfeng is far in the distant future. It took Ford 12-18months to approve a product from my company for their car prototype. No money till approved. If HLNT is true about when they started talking with Dongfeng, then probably April of next year is when you will hear about revenue.
