If acquisitions were closed last week, that is not a forward looking statement. Details were said to come early this week. I think most here agree that this includes through Tuesday at the latest, Wednesday at the very latest (to be early, very generous interpretation of early).

It won't matter that he missed this deadline if it is a good PR, but really if the deals were closed last week, how long can it take to do a write up of the details? Just seems a bit weird to me.

Of course what I really care about is funding. I wish we'd get news of funding or a substantial, meaningful and detailed update in that regard. The rest is fluff IMO.
