sign an agreement? Heck no! Besides that could be construed as 'The Den' members being a hedge fund or something and then we would be under Congress's whim of arbitrary laws. Right now the Den is simply a collection of autonomous people making their own buy and sell decisions. Congress would have a hard time making a law specifically designed to stop what we do with FLD's. Well, that's my take anyway.
