OT: Cow, you might want to check out Prescott, AZ. Dry, higher elevation, clean air, lower cost of living, and a 1 1/2 hr drive down to Scottsdale/Phoenix. Wife and I have done a lot of checking for retirement places. St. George or Cedar City if you like a little more heat. Stay clear of LV.
