Do you recall the PR that stated that they were issuing xyz amount of shares @ .008 to the Hyrdo company? Do you think that is why VCTY has been trading sideways for the past couple of weeks? Its Just my opinion but I think that they are trying to keep this stock below a penny until the ink has dried and then they will tear up the PR's to get this stock movin? What do you think? I appreciate all of them info that you have provided on VCTY and I just wanted to know what your opinion is on it.
