The one MASSIVE advantage CPTC has is that they are already (and will be almost infinitely more in the future) in bed with the industry via the caple. How much easier will it be for a company to opt for poles and cable together? Much less logistical problems.
Also, I don't know how easy other poles are to install, but CPTC's will be easy. As easy and quick as they are, the whole idea of them doing poles and wire simultaneously is one more big advantage. They don't have to plan to have the poles done a week earlier so that the wirer (CPTC) will have no delays.
It would be interesting to do a comparison between CPTC and all others on price and ease if installment, but I think they are in the catbird's seat no matter what.
