Hi gang, this is my first post on this board.

I spoke to Tom Scarpa this morning. He seems like a good guy and volunteered the info that he's a former marine and served overseas.

I asked about revenue numbers given in the power point on their website. Tom said that the website is being updated.

He also said that the company has had discussions with various companies lately regarding advancing technologies other than those
in progress at Rice and Ohio State. One company is based in South Korea. Another one is Eastman Kodak. All of the companies called Natcore. Eastman Kodak asked if they could use Natcore's name in their application to the US government for a grant to researh a flexable solar panel surface material. Tom said that Natcore is interested in partnering with US companies.

Tom stated that Natcore China has hired a US based interpreter. She will also work with the companies financials. Natcore China has been interviewing executives to run the company, and phd's to do research work in China.

Chuangeke Silicon LTD, the other Company involved in Natcore China, is a major producer of polysilicon. As polysilicon has become commoditized, CS LTD has been required to produce more and more polysilicon in order to make a profit. Due to environmental concerns, CS LTD has reached their output limit. This has prompted
them to become a solar panel manufacturer. This vertical integration should be very good for Natcore China. Tom stated that CS LTD has deep pockets!

The last item we discussed is the share structure ...

Rice University has 500,000 shares from the licensing agreement.

Shares outstanding fully diluted 35,517,958, this includes options, warrants, and shares in escrow. I wasn't sure if escrow shares were included, but, they are. Tom said that aproximately
600,000 warrants have been converted to shares to date.

Tom stated that the current float (which does not count options, warrants, shares in escrow, and insider holdings) is approximately 14,000,000.

Oh, one more thing, Tom stated that a California small cap mutual fund manager visited the company and that US institutional ownership would be a big deal.

Kudos to all current and future Natcore investors for helping Natcore change the world!
