Looks like base, for the next leg is formed IMO Buy, hold, accumulate, then shoot this thing to .05+. Flipping at certain levels constantly, higher highs and higher lows create strength. I just hope those who sold can get back in before real valuation is in.....$$$$$$$$$$$$
