well I think that's what he's referring too barrons is probably selling in the recent weeks
Plus a few shareholders who are selling in Panic mode (who probably bought HQSM + $ 0.7 and were screwed with the extra dilution a few months ago) and you have a cocktail for this downdrift if you know what I mean.

still a great buy at this 0.2-0.3 level I'm not worried about anything next quarter results can boost shares at 0.4...
