None of this matters unless this company can fix the situation and get back on the pink sheets. No PR or contract signing is going to do any good until that happens.

IMO, ACLH is not a professionally run company. Their failure to address the SEC issues with their shareholders is proof positive. If anything, they should have had a CC to discuss the situation and let their investors know of their commitment to the long term health of the company.

However, that has yet to happen. Our money is lost....get over it...time to move on to real companies.....lesson learned.
