I'd pretty much bet that this is EXACTLY what the next PR will indicate. Shell companies are the only thing QAI can afford without funding...and the reason they can afford it is because shell companies have no value to the shareholder (and Dean owns them, so it is kinda sketchy anyway).

It would be better if Dean didn't indicate that these acquisitions are the existing shells. Any news other than financing and the acquisition of companies with existing revenue streams will send us further down.
