If the Picasso does sell, the smart thing for E.V. to do would be to use a little over $1M to buyback 2B shares at these prices, leaving the O/S at about 500M. Then annouce the sale of the Picasso via PR, and that $50M sale makes ARTS suddenly worth $.10 cents per share. Bingo. Yippeeee!
