That's what I'm thinking. J&L was a middle man for whoever was putting up the second stage financing. I don't think the J&L BK is a problem at all. Heck, Piazza's VC firm could do it without breaking a sweat, or he knows someone that would do it on their lunch break.

Just can't figure how much good news they PR at a time, including forward looking statements.
