Good point here - this should be brought up as a question in the next CC!

I also think that Eric would do better to ungag the transfer agent. This whole saga highlights how sensitive penny investors are to the issue of dilution. I think that ungagging would bring in more money. I happen to believe Eric's counts, but other potential investors are turned off by his policy on this if they haven't yet reached a level of trust in him. Maybe he will reconsider his thinking on this issue.
