Speaking of the hazards of day trading a REAL stock like this: Suppose a large company were interested in tendering an offer to buy a company like MZEI: With most buy outs, there are several factors they consider in making such an offer. BUT, with a development company, the consideration factors are somewhat more limited and MORE emphasis is put on PPS than on other even more important factors. While WE can site future income GROWTH as a major catalyst, it's difficult to "hard sell" that aspect even though we are in the final weeks of development, due in LARGE part to the innovative aspects and no "BENCH MARK" OF LIKE competition. A large company would likely use THAT against us in negotiations. On the other hand, stock prices per real value of MANY big board companies these days are SO out of whack and over rated/over sold that it's difficult to imagine ANY of them as being "a real value" for any interested aquiring company. MANY buyouts have occured, that if they had been broken down by SENSIBLE bean counters, really made NO sense at all. This being said, our PPS is critical to making us look good enough to be ASKED to the dance. It's quicker and easier to reach the desired destination when there's plenty of fuel in the tank to start with.
