Question (forgive my non-technical verbiage):

Could a clearing house, with the security of either a personal pin being typed into a users phone, or better yet - voice recogntion - trigger the clearinghouse to return a new barcode everytime on the users phone...and still link it to VISA and the merchant?

Wouldn't this make photocopies useless?
