You were simply wishing to have information that involves an FDA update that may be available to IMGG but not to you or me. I understand your desire for additional factual info to base your decision making on. I do not believe that info is for public consumption, but you can clarify very easily by contacting the people involved.

Have you emailed your question to IMGG? I emailed Mike N yesterday and I got a reply today from him regarding questions I had on IMGG. If it is such a "simple question" why not ask it of the people with the "concrete information"? Take a little iniative and gather the answer yourself. I would love to know that there is a monthly update from the FDA that we can have access to. I hope you are correct, but I doubt it. In all my investing over the years, I have never heard of publically available monthly FDA update that the Submitting Company is either able to or willing to release to the public.

You are not distracting me. If you have read any of my recent posts you might understand that I am not making any predictions and I am not at all concerned about the existance of the DVis. I know it exists and I expect an eventual FDA Approval in the future.
