I highly doubt there will be a increase in buying volume before FDA approval. All of those individuals are just asking to be put in prison.

With a penny stock like this it will be EASY to notice a signifigant increase in volume during a period of 1-2 hours. Dean will announce PR the second he recieves it I believe. The guy has been waiting for this moment for a good portion of his life.

Also, regarding the conversation about the PPS as an indication of FDA approval. I 100% agree with IMGGorBUST. Are all of you forgetting that this company has negative EPS and a MARKET CAP OF AROUND $100M? Who isn't betting on FDA approval? Clearly not the market. The stock should jump 10X afer FDA approval considering the nature of an OTCBB. It is priced where it should be at this point. No one knows WTF is going on with FDA approval and that is priced in. A few months ago this was above $1.00 and people THOUGHT they knew what was going on with FDA approval and THAT was being priced in.
