The use of any funding from the JV is way off in the future. The profits,, if any, are to be divided after all expenses are paid. At this incipient stage, where salaries have to be paid, transportation arranged and a processing facility has to be built, it is unrealistic to expect money to flow in for purposes of buy backs etc. That being said if they can demonestate any real mining, the stock price should reflect the progress.
