For anyone having trouble reading the E-newsletter file because it is in Apple PAGES format do the following to see it in Adobe reader (.pdf) format.

Step 1 - Save the file to your desktop
Step 2 - Right Click the file -> select rename
Step 3 - Amend '.zip' to the end of the file and hit enter
Step 4 - Open zipped folder and view contents
Step 5 - Double-click on QuickLook entry to view
