Could someone who is feeling OK with the number of shares available to buy please write in to enlighten me.

I'm holding and planning to add, but someone I know, one of the stock recommenders who has a business doing that, who intro'd me to ARSC, believes that the large number of shares, particularly the addition of 5 billion more recently, hurts the chance the stock will rise. He no longer believes the stock is a good investment because of this. Even though I have told him of my conversations with Mr. Farr and Mr. Neokomm - stock offered as part of collateral on loans(s)... He doesn't trust telephone conversations with CEO's of pink sheets, he has stated.

I do trust in this case. The share structure is the elephant in the room - for me anyway. Comments welcome.
