Not really sure what you're getting at, a reporting BB company has 45 days after the end of a qtr to report so mid august would be the norm for all BB reporting. Also if you look at NPHC's previous filings they have all been NT-10Q's which is also the norm so there's no reason for it to be a shame. JMO
