I have to ask where you came up with this information about the numbers purchased and the price that was paid. I don't believe that Matthews has released any of this information as of yet.

I believe that we will be much better off if we don't start unsubstantiated rumors and just let the ACTUAL NEWS COME OUT AND THEN REACT TO IT.

What I believe will really happen is that when Matthews launches the VOF products in September is that they will purchase the amount specified in the LOU for the QUARTER and not the full year. I also seriously doubt that we will know the exact price that they will be paying as most companies consider that to be proprietory information.
