Yes, You have the right to tell your "story" here on IHUB. I for one enjoyed your post. You have the right to treated with respect and post your little heart out. I for one will give you the benefit of the doubt and try not to be critical of your posts.

I , and a few others, Have been a bit confused on the Warm Mineral Springs deal. Is it possible you can detail the deal for us?

Did SEVU issue the 150,000 shares & you replaced them with your shares?

Did you use your shares and then gift the asset to SEVU?

Did the deal close?

Was there stock price guarantee's given to Springs LLC?

The board will probabely come down hard on me for asking this question, I asked it twice yesterday. If anyone can shed some light on the deal it would be you! I hope the board & you will give this post some consideration.
