I have been a shareholder off and on for the last year or so. I am currently an owner. IMO, the reverse split was ill advised. They only had an O/S of 45M at the time and healthy revenues. I had numerous talks with their "various" IR companies (they go through them very quicky), and a former director. All I ever got was a vague reason of uplisting for the R/S. I told them they are cutting their own throat and the stock would be right back at .20 and look where we are...... .20

If they wanted to uplist then it should have been at least a 5 to 1 reverse. I just think it is a case of management not being on the ball. As I have stated before, the company looks good but management SUCKS.
