with all due respect, I've never had a good experience with a Reverse Split. I understand the theory (i.e., going to a bigger exchange, institutional buying, etc) but they have NEVER worked out positively as they had planned as far as my holdings are concerned. Instead, the PPS just dropped (probably from MM shorting) and I ended up with a tenth or 100th of the shares I originally had and was suddenly very far from ever getting to break even. After holding all my LLEG shares for so long, accumulating millions, and having grand (yet reasonable) expectations for this stock, I'd truly hate to see a similar destruction come about via a RS. I hope you can understand why the mention of RSing LLEG shares triggers my concerns. Didn't MBB say he wouldn't RS?
