Good Morning Feel'ers

Looking for a green week.

Can someone please explain the S-8 filing http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7381614

My understanding says the company has increased the O/S by 8 million for employee compensation and bonus.

Please correct me if I am wrong.
