I was reading info that says the company will use only cash for investments..2 questions on that. Is buying into astrablue an investment.? Are they using cash or equity?
If the answer to the above question is yes and equity then the info in the IBOX saying they will use cash only seems to be wrong.If they use equity(shares) to finance the astrablu purchase then reference to cash only investments should be removed from that info in the ibox.
I am on record saying my belief is that the IBOX contains misleading info. I also read that the company will use: The Company may also utilize an overdraft and other short-term borrowing facilities to provide short-term working capital. Does that mean they will write bad checks?
