Did you guys know that most likely why the US is in Afghanistan is not to bring them freedom fries and KFC, nor the oil, nor necesserily the opium/ poppy fields (even though that's a major reason) but Afghanistan has vast quantities of Lithium.

It's the new gold/ oil!
